What can I expect after my Plasma IQ Pen treatment?
Final results depend on the patient’s skin and the size of the area treated, but you can expect to see immediate reduction in sk...in folds and creases in the treated areas. Any darkening of the skin will begin to flake off in the following 2-3 weeks during the healing process. Swelling is common, especially in treatment around the eyes, and can be treated with an anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen. Do not apply makeup to the treated areas until at least three days after treatment. It is very important to allow any scabs or flakes to fall off naturally, as picking at these healing spots can cause scarring. After treated skin is sublimated with plasma, the results often last for many years, even permanently.
