The 4 Accufit Treatment Modes:
The IntelliPhase technology allows for 4 distinct types of electric waves to contract the muscles throughout the body to mimic certain exercise movements.
Twist: Muscles in the abdomen are stimulated in a side to side, twisting motion. This can be a nice stretch or warm-up.
Hold: Muscles contract and are held till the point of exhaustion, then released. This increases strength and endurance.
Grip: Muscles intensely contract with a mixture of a hold and twisting effect.This stimulates large portions of the abdominal muscles at the same time.
Tap: Muscles are stimulated in short bursts. This is great for engaging under-used muscle groups that need to be developed.

Lutronic Accufit is an FDA-cleared body sculpting medical device designed to activate targeted muscle groups with a mixture of electro-muscular stimulation (EMS) and functional magnetic stimulation (FMS).
